The 2019 Acura RLX is the latest in Acura vehicles for the company and the newest in the line of RLX model cars. The new Acura RLX is a four-door sedan that remains unchanged from last year's model but is still a fast and fuel-efficient sports hybrid vehicle. The performance is relatively standard for any sedan, coming with an engine that can generate a 377 horsepower rating and up to 341 feet per pounds of total engine torque. In terms of fuel, the RLX runs mostly on premium unleaded fuel and has a combined EPA of 28 miles per gallon, getting 28 mpg when on the main roads and 29 MPGs on the highway, while operating on an all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automated manual transmission.

Like all new releases, the Acura RLX contains its own set of interior features, comfort settings, and programs for safety to ensure the security and enjoyment of all the occupants. The Acura does come with a spacious cabin that can seat up to five people, with front bucket seats that have multi-level heating, height adjustment settings and premium leather decoration. The car does in different colors, such as metallic red, blue, steel gray, pewter, white and black. The entertainment system comes with standard radio access, along with three months of provided satellite radio service, a USB port, speed sensitive volume control and fourteen Krell premium brand audio speakers. Other comfort features include adaptive cruise control functions with electric power steering, a leather steering wheel, three-zone climate control, a rearview camera, and even a unique sun sensor. When it comes to car safety, Acura adds in the standard features along with more upgraded ones such as rear door safety locks and child anchors for the smaller passengers. Stability and traction have all seen improvements, with a new 4-wheel ABS system and an engine immobilizer to keep the engine in place. A pre-collision and post-collision safety system is installed to keep drivers alert for any imminent accidents and any damage control if an accident does take place. Speaking of alertness, there is also a blind spot and lane departure warning system available to tell other drivers about the car's motion while on the road and increasing total driver awareness.
