My experience with Keith, the sales manager at Ron Bouchard Acura of Auburn, was one of those experiences. I originally contacted the service department because I was in the process of purchasing a 2017 Acura RDX with higher mileage, and I wanted to find out about having the 100,000-mile service done. During that process, Keith became involved and took the time to really look at the situation I was putting myself in. He couldn’t understand why I was about to finance an older, higher-mileage vehicle at a high interest rate when there were better options available to me. And instead of simply letting me buy the car I had my heart set on, he stopped, listened, asked questions, and helped me look at the bigger picture. Honestly, Keith probably saved me from making a very expensive mistake. He helped me find a much newer vehicle with significantly lower mileage, a much better interest rate, and a vehicle that I feel confident will carry me through the life of my loan and hopefully many years beyond that. What meant the most to me was that I never felt like I was just another sale. I felt like someone was genuinely looking out for me and my financial well-being. That is something you don’t forget. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make a smart financial decision. I walked into Acura of Auburn thinking I knew exactly what I needed, and I left with something much better—and with the feeling that someone had genuinely taken care of me. From beginning to end, they truly went above and beyond to help me purchase my new Acura ADX, and I have honestly never experienced a car dealership quite like this one. I had an exceptional experience with Acura of Auburn purchasing my first brand-new car, a 2026 Acura MDX Advance! From beginning to end, the customer service was outstanding. Keith was amazing throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted, worked hard to get me a great deal and a lower APR, and most importantly, followed through on what he and the dealership promised. I had visited two other dealerships before choosing Acura of Auburn, and the level of attention, honesty, and customer service here made the difference. Leo truly went the extra mile. Before I even arrived, he sent me pictures and videos and introduced himself so I knew exactly who I would be working with. During pickup, he patiently helped me set up the AcuraLink app and showed me how everything worked and explained the features of my new MDX. He even helped put in my new floor mats, cleaned up and threw away the boxes, and made sure the vehicle was inspected, registered, and ready for me. The beautiful red bow on the car made the moment even more special! He was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and also made my mother-in-law feel very welcome by offering us coffee and snacks. The entire experience was so special that my mother-in-law became emotional seeing me accomplish the milestone of purchasing my first new car. I also want to recognize Ericka for her excellent customer service while completing the financial and legal paperwork. She explained everything clearly and patiently. Customer service people were great! But, Acura the manufacturer is not! A decorative metal plate around the door handle of the front passenger door fell off. I was told they couldn’t repair it. They didn’t know what the manufacturer used for glueing it on. Period the end. But, if I wanted I could buy a new door panel for over $500. It’s a 2019 RDX. How ridiculous is that! I will never get another Acura.

This is a great dealership in general. I bought my car here as a certified pre-owned, and had superb service when I did. No hassles, completely forthright and honest, and very pleasant. Nate, Erica, Keith, all the service guys, they’re all rockstars down there. I purchased my last 4 vehicles there and it’s always a good time going down there and seeing those guys. I recently had an issue with my work vehicle where I got a flat mid day. I called them right when it happened and they got me in and out in a timely manner so I could finish my workday. That just doesn’t happen at most dealerships. Nathan and his staff went to work, and a few days later I was at the dealership trading in the Honda for a 2023 Acura RDX with low mileage and in mint condition. I could not be happier with the treatment I received, and it was really no surprise. I've been dealing with Acura of Auburn since I bought my first Acura back in 1992, and the treatment and service I've received there has been consistently great over that entire period. I wouldn't think of looking anywhere else for a car, new or used.
