I agreed to purchase a 2017 Acura RDX. Signed all paperwork, financing, etc., arranged to pick it up in a couple of days. After I got home, I realized I hadn't looked carefully at the tire wear. Terrible customer service! Just went in to get a code for the radio because the battery (number 4 btw) they just replaced failed completely knocking out all the presets and requiring a code to access. They treated me as if I was an idiot and a nuisance, telling me that I should know that. After I complained they finally gave me the code, with not one word of apology for the failed battery or how I was treated.

If I can rate 0 stars, that would be my choice. We looked at the car, next day I call, then shot email expressing my interest and stating I am willing to put money down. Two days, no reply. Then, they told me the car has been sold. Very unprofessional, will not do business with them anymore and will not recommend. Better off shopping somewhere else.

I bought a used Honda cross tours from Acura of Auburn, it is a great car with great price; their staffs from Alex who communicated me through email and prepared car for me to test drive, Denny, the person handle paper work, and to their sale manager worked closely with me, I walked out an hour later with everything done. a week later they deliver my car to my door step which is 30 miles away from them. Yes, they deliver the car to me. Thanks a lot guys. I am a happy customer and will definitely return for next car.

Drove 20+ miles and right front tire almost fell off. Whole front end started to shake wildly. Stopped and found all lug nuts on front right wheel loose. In 2016 had brakes done and rear caliper came off and was dragging on rim. This is our third Acura but will not go back to Acura of Auburn.

Tried buying my second vehicle from this dealership, but was very disappointed with the new Sales Manager Denny. My first experience was wonderful, under the old manager. The new Sales Manager wants it all his way, and doesn't negotiate. Clearly he has little respect for a returning, long time customer. Very disappointed. Still love the salesmen Bob and Don, but the manager needs to learn how to treat people. Very disappointed.

I just bought my fourth Acura (three new and one used) from Acura of Auburn. I first went there in 2006 on the recommendation of a friend. I have gone to them since then for sales and service. I find them (sales and service) to be focused on customer service and the customer experience - they are very attentive and accommodating. The sales staff seemed to enjoy the test drive as much as we did! I did some pricing research online and then visited them - and they were very reasonable.

I have had every negative experience purchasing a car that one can have and was dreading having to look for another car. I was wonderfully surprised at the customer service that I received here. My search originated online and I initially spoke to the internet sales manager but Zach Reed handled the test drive and eventual sale. I've dealt with people in the service department for over 2 years now, and I've come to have trust in them. I've most recently dealt with Justin in the service department; someone who is definitely customer-focused, and familiar with the inner workings of your car due to his previous experience as a service technician. I get stressed when my car acts up, but they try to make it easier and less stressful. This is the best place to bring your Acura or Honda for service in Auburn.

Bought a branch new 2006 Acura MDX from here. I paid almost 39K with 100K extended warranty. About 5 months ago, the thermal start got problem caused the car has overheated. Towed to the dealer and they told me that my car's extended warranty had already expired although it had only 82K by then.... So I spent total $6000 from my pocket to fix the car back and forth 3 times.
