I recently had an issue with my work vehicle where I got a flat mid day. I called them right when it happened and they got me in and out in a timely manner so I could finish my workday. That just doesn’t happen at most dealerships.

There's nothing more upsetting than to be traveling miles from home,with a car full of equipment, food, and pet cat and traveling at highway speed when all sorts of warming alerts pop up! Hearing Joe, Acura of Aunurn, say " bring it over and we'll fit you in! "was music to our ears. The mechanics identified the issue, fixed it and we were on our way again! SAnd fir a reasonable price Thank you Joe!

Friendly staff. Reasonably costs for repairs. Dealer does not come up with suddenly surprise costs! I feel coming here is ok given how costly everything is nowadays.

Absolutely amazing. My TLX died on the road this morning. Had to get it towed to this dealership. Showed up completely unexpected at a dealership I've never been to. Reynaldo had me written up in less than 5 minutes. Got a text from the GSM becasue they were interested in buying my car because they don't make that model anymore. I have been using Acura of Auburn for 26 years, during which I’ve purchased and serviced four vehicles (one TL and three RDX models). Their service has always been top-notch in terms of both efficiency and quality. The customer care is exceptional—they provide loaner cars, complete work on time, and have even addressed issues outside of regular maintenance, often without additional charges. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!
